The back journey was purposely done through the state highways via Rayagada and Taptapani, connecting to NH5 again at Berhampore.

On towards to Rayagada for a night stay - lovely lonely country roads

Some cherished moments always comes when having tea in some small rural tea-shop - quite a few break stops were made just where the monsoon green scenery was most fascinating.

Hope all readers enjoyed the travelogue. It sure was a great pleasure for me sharing this amazing trip, for lesser known places became known, great interactions with the local people and everywhere we got great support and wishes. As said before, not a glamorous journey but glad that we did this - coming across the remote land and then meeting the Bonda tribes, to travelling to see Chitrakote in full flow to the lonely country roads of interior Orissa - just one of many highlights of the tour. And surely among the lasting memories remain still of that beautiful Bonda tribe girl!
